LEADERSHIP

William Lettieri | President, CEO

For the last 15 years, William Lettieri has offered his skill set and experience to a wide range of emerging industries. Growing up the son of an accountant, finance and business have always been an integral part of his life. After finishing his formal education in financial accounting at the University of Connecticut, and music business and management at the Berklee College of Music, he began his diverse career in music publishing.

While licensing for recording studios and record labels, most notably Capital Records (EMI), he discovered an increasing demand for quality web development in the industry. Subsequently, through his self study, he became proficient in web languages and architectures. Seizing the opportunity, William opened his own design and development firm at the age of 24. After operating the business for 5 profitable years, he set his sights on returning to his roots in the financial realm.

William has consistently found his home in startup environments due to his fierce passion for building successful businesses. His charismatic personality and vast expertise in finance, marketing, and computer programming make him an invaluable asset in any industry. He now leads the NATIVE RECORDS team as CEO, personally specializing in financial reporting, auditing, and business development. He also continues to consult individuals, startups, small and large businesses, and enterprise-level corporations on setting and achieving goals while cultivating realistic expectations.

Catherine Menard | Vice President, CCO

Utilizing over a decade of leadership and creative strategy experience, Catherine Menard serves as vice president and CCO. Prior to this venture, she cultivated her own business as an independent strategist, designer, artist and collaborator. She engaged clients ranging from misguided startups to established corporate giants. Through this work, she has contributed to envisioning the successful futures and brand creation of companies like Yosemite National Park, Kimpton Hotels, Disney, Boeing + Teague, Motorola, Saachi & Saachi, Toyota, and TEDx.

While earning her Bachelor of Science from prestigious Art Center College of Design, Catherine achieved global recognition in the field of architecture and worked for over 4 years to actualize her winning conceptual design of the Pasadena Armenian Genocide Memorial. In partnership with Moule & Polyzoides Architects and Urbanists, this public artwork was completed and unveiled for the 100 year commemoration of the Armenian Genocide on April 24th 2015 in Pasadena’s Memorial Park. Catherine has appeared on the cover of Pasadena Weekly, on Armenian Television, in the Los Angeles Times Local, and in KCET's esteemed ArtBound. She returned to ArtCenter in 2023 and earned her Master of Fine Art.

Paul Lettieri | Director, Advisor

Since early adulthood, Paul had an undeniable talent for business and finance. After being drafted into the US Army at the age of 18 and serving in Vietnam, he learned quickly leadership abilities would be what defined his professional success.

From 1968 onward, he has been consistently promoted throughout his career and has excelled in numerous industries. He worked his way from a staff accountant, to a financial controller, to a vice president, to CFO and president. Working for PTR-Precision Technologies, Inc., a German high-precision electron beam welding company, he served 4 years as financial controller, 13 years as CFO, and 7 years as both President and CFO. Paul has culminated an unparalleled 50+ years of accounting and managerial experience. He is an integral source of counsel to the NATIVE RECORDS team.


Njoroge Nyoike | Senior Accountant

Njoroge Nyoike is a highly-motivated and skilled senior accountant. His immeasurable knowledge and experience in accounting, bookkeeping, financial analysis, budgeting, modeling, and forecasting serve the complexities of each client’s needs as well as fostering their success.

Graduating with a finance and economics degree from prestigious Wartburg College, Njoroge’s desire to learn and service unique industries led him to the music industry in Los Angeles. Over the course of five years, he worked his way to the top of his field. During his time as a senior accountant at the esteemed David Weise and Associates, he served over fifty clients through his business management expertise and strategical financial oversight. He also supported a range of musical talent, consisting of new musicians just launching their careers, in addition to well-known, high-profile touring artists.

His wealth of know-how, expertise in complex problem solving, and positive attitude uphold a high bar of excellence, leadership, and customer service for NATIVE RECORDS.


Daniel Coltellaro | Project Accountant

Aside from Daniel's diligent and meticulous nature, he has extensive experience organizing financial and human capital strategies. As a result, he is a go-to NATIVE RECORDS project manager. Using his analytical mind to parse through data, he develops procedures that increase bandwidth of enterprises. He earned his masters degree in public policy from the renowned UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs. Daniel's fascination with international relations and economics has made him an invaluable asset to the team.
